It’s a great app loving it

Won’t let me refill

I contacted customer support and no avail , I compele the captcha thing and doesn’t even let me refill my service ?? Worst service ever , switching over to Verizon.

It’s take forever just to pay your bills on line

Over complicated service

Went to go pay my phone bill , and like every month my card was locked, click on there text messages links sent frequently, not 1 of them leads to paying my phone bill every month, this is the stupidest company I’ve ever dealt with, just allow us to try our card again , instead of saying records can’t find my phone number or account , through the link , they sent , just get metro, they know how to make paying for your phone bill less stressful, like why is this even a thing , probably Verizon, but this is spectrum service
