This app isn’t helpful !!

I downloaded the simple mobile app to make it easier for me to pay my phone bill. Since I don’t have a simple mobile where I live. I would have to travel to another location to go to a simple mobile store. I downloaded the app and I put in my debit card info to pay my phone bill on this app. When I add the type of card my debit card is, (visa, Amex, discover, Mastercard) it doesn’t allow me to click on it along with the expiration date. I scroll down it doesn’t add it. This is really inconvenient and disappointing. My phone bill due date was due 3 days ago and now I can’t text or call anyone especially a simple mobile representative to fix the issue since they cut of my service a day after.

La app es muy confusa y no sirve para pagar recargas y tienen un chat bot que no sirve para nada solo hace perder el tiempo, sale muchísimo mejor llamar desde la página wed y comunicarse con una persona real ya que está app no ayuda en nada, tuve que eliminarla porque me hizo enojar bastante.
