Apparently net10 does NOT allow customers of more than 10 speak to a supervisor I’m waiting for the corporate office to recieved the videos I sent and someone will be calling me with 24 hours NET10 Is a JOKE!

What’s Happened?
This company used to be really good. The benefits, perks, and even the app was really easy to understand and use. Now, the app is glitchy (with no meaningful updates to patch actual problems) and the overall experience has just dramatically declined in the last 5-6 years.
NET10 Landline
love my landline serviced by NET10, they offer great landline plans. Never had any problems!!! THANKS NET10‼️
Net 10 steals card information and blocks you from logging in so you can’t change it.
I have used Net10 for about 15 years now and they lose my login information and block me from accessing my account online and on the app. Just about every year and a half. They also charge my cards way before my bill is actually due. Very dissatisfied with Net10 and the customer service is very poor and slow and very hard to understand then as well! Better off getting a prepaid service airtime card instead of giving them your card info! They shorten your service days otherwise. I would highly recommend finding another company.
