They took my $500 for an annual service then they gave me service for a few months. Horrible outsourced customer service. They should be tried for RECO.

Used to be a good service. Not so much anymore. Poor quality connections . Absolutely terrible ability to use. They used to have an app to download that worked great. Now I have to to the App Store and search for the app then use it. Definitely not worth the money since customers receive little or no help. No real people to talk to.

UNLIMITED DATA- lie.
Well for years I was ok with their service. Until now, because I cancelled my home internet I got over 60gb limit and even that I suppose to have unlimited data, speed in my phone went rapidly down. When I called costumer service they told me that they fixed that and I have to just reboot my phone. Nothing changed. I went to Apple store, they ran diagnostic because I thought something is wrong with phone. They found issues, but not with the phone, with cellular provider!!! So I called to Straight Talk, same answer - reboot your phone !!!

Not worth it TBH
My family lives in the pacific polynesian area and ive been trying to use the app to call back home, followed the instructions the app gives and it still didnt work, glad i only wasted $10.
On a side note the straight talk phone service works alright, its good for people who dont wanna get into inconvenient phone plans
