It’s failed three times in a row. I’ve lost my money.

Used to work very well last year but now used three times in the last six weeks and when the recipient goes to pick up the gift voucher at jollibee the Philippines, it’s failed to produce the good lost my money

Not supporting B&H

Not supporting Bosnia and Herzegovina even though I was able to select it on the main page…

Scammers

I’m very disappointed with this business. I was told my order was delivered, but I never received it. After contacting customer service, I was not given a clear solution or proper help. It feels like I was misled and lost my money without receiving the product I paid for. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

THEY WILL BAN YOU FOR NO REASON

I discovered I was banned for literally using the app for the reason it was made to be used. You can’t make this stuff up. It’s insane. Now I’ll take my business elsewhere. They didn’t even allow me to appeal, I talked with an agent about my issue and then 30mins later they told me that I need to find somewhere else to go because I’m banned. I used to love this app, and I told alot of people about it now I will tell them to find a different app because they might be randomly flagged and banned when their family is in need. I am disappointed by this lack of consideration and the callousness with which they just told me to kick rocks. Nasty.
