I remember this app being genuinely useful 5–6 years ago. Now, unless you pay, it is basically useless.
I have no idea whether the paid version is actually any better, because the premium price itself is ridiculous for an app that is mainly supposed to help you check your case status.
Even worse, the case status in the free version is seriously outdated. So what exactly is the purpose of this app anymore?
I understand developers need to make money through subscriptions, premium features, or ads, but this has gone way too far. The free version feels deliberately crippled to force users into paying, while the premium subscription feels absurdly overpriced for what it provides.
Seriously, this feels like a money grab. You took an app that used to be useful and turned it into something frustrating, overpriced, and practically pointless unless users keep paying. If you continue treating users this way, people will simply delete the app and move on.
