Not showing correct status
It’s been more than 4 days my case has been approved and it is still showing old status. App is not working. Also ads are too many and ads have music. You cannot silently refresh and see the status

This is a scam.
I paid pro subscription but see nothing more than what I can see on USCIS case tracking website. As I open the functions they claim they have, it asks me to pay again.

Used to be GREAT!
I’ve used this app for years, and it worked wonderfully! I paid they asked for it at the time, and it served me well for my family’s evolving situation.
Then the developers, it seems, saw an opportunity in the panic some immigrants are feeling these days. The coaxing to pay too much for additional bells and whistles began at a drip that turned into a relentless torrent over time. The pressure campaign to “upgrade” to some expensive premium subscription now makes the app very annoying to use.
It drove me to find an alternative that was far more affordable, and actually worked better than this. Using both apps simultaneously, I found out that updates to cases were sometimes days late on here. The two cases I was tracking were approved days ago, and this apps was still not up to date when I deleted it yesterday.

Don’t use this app! It bombards you with tons of ads. Just bookmark the website on your phone. it’s much easier and won’t put you through all that hassle.

App is useless, the timeline estimate feature is worthless, doesn’t give me a clear picture of what to expect with my application; don’t waste your money

Me gusta mucho la aplicación pues me mantiene al tanto de mis casos en uscis y la corte de inmigración!! Además las noticias sobre la actualidad migratoria!!! Y por si fuera poco me ayuda a practicar para mi prueba de civismo de mi ciudadanía!!!! Gracias case tracker !!!
