App muy lenta
Deberían arreglar la aplicación no es funcional para nada. Intentas arreglar algo de tu información personal y la aplicación se cae diciendo que tiene un error. Se parece un poco a la app de Tmobile pero no la hacen funcionar de la misma forma

Worst service fraudulent activity
I’ve been a metro customer now for the past 1.5-2 years and I’ve had nothing but grief. Fist off when I call 611 Im forwarded to the same girl every time. She has a slight Asian accent, she’s always super perky and never knows how to actually help me. Does she even work for Metro? DOUBT IT. Second I’ve had my sim and number hacked 7 times in 1 year on metro. Y’all give me a new number every time this happens but it just keeps happening. And third, Im not an idiot, fraud, thief, or jack @$$ so please stop treating me like one. Im usually kind and honest during feedback but this time honesty takes the lead. Look I like Metro I really do but having also been told 33 different things as to why I can’t use the private relay in my phone due to a metro setting is just beyond correction. That’s all I got for ya. Love ya Metro but man oh man oh man. Sincerely,
Robert

Trying to access my account through a different phone which says im not a customer, than directs me to install T-Life...which is trying to make me sign up for T-mobile account?
However i try to use the cell ohone that has service and add a line, it wont let me
The web site also wont let me add a 2nd line either!
I also have to drive over an hour to the nearest store when problems come up only to get employee that cant speak English
Will be canceling my service early and going with a company that wants to give me multiple lines even if i have to pay more per month
Edit…apparently complaining works and now i can successfully add a line after I already or a post pay account through T-Mobile…I may be back in the future when I need a spare line or two for an affordable price. However still 1 star because I had to complain

My metro ha has
After nine years as a loyal customer, I was told my phone wasn’t compatible, so I was upsold onto a more expensive plan instead of getting real help. Then when my hotspot and data limits hit, the answer was just ‘upgrade again.’I was then sold Metro Home Internet, but couldn’t set it up because my camera was broken, and the QR code was required. I spent hours on the phone being bounced between Metro and T-Mobile, was told to go to a store, and lost another two days. After finally getting a replacement, I still couldn’t log in, which led to another hour-plus call. The representative was condescending, repeatedly saying she understood while offering no real solution. After all that, the compensation offered was $6.60. After pressing for a manager, it increased to seven dollars, which wasn’t even compensation, just a credit for services I didn’t receive. When I tried to complete the customer satisfaction survey, I waited several more minutes before being transferred, only to answer one question before it abruptly ended, making me wonder if negative feedback was being filtered out. For nine years, I’ve paid this company, and this is the level of service and respect I received. I wasn’t looking for a handout. I just wanted the service I paid for, and fair treatment when things went wrong. Instead, I got misleading sales tactics, endless transfers, hours of wasted time, poor customer service, and an insulting attempt at compensation. If this is how Metro by T-Mobile treats long-time customers, it’s hard to recommend them to anyone.
