I paid my phone bill and it is still not working. It keeps saying that I need to make a payment. I have the receipt for my credit card. I would like to be able to use my phone as soon as possible.

I have had Cricket since it was AIO, I came from Metro, I hated them an still do. Since I have had Cricket, I haven’t had issues with service, bills, or help. I refer everyone I know to join cricket. I actually flipped my boyfriend from a contract phone to cricket. Thanks for great service for all the years I have been a customer!!

Customer service is a very long wait. Now I have to do a puzzle to log in. Metro here I come
Poor phone upgrade options for existing customers.
I have tried to refer 3 different friends and all three there current service plans upgraded phones at no additional cost. I will soon also be leaving cricket because of this. I always pay my bill and yet I am stuck with an Iphone 12 yet new customers receive a much higher upgrade. Thanks for nothing.

I love cricket
I have been with Cricket since the very beginning. I have seen so many people leave to get a new phone, a new deal, etc. I have also watched every single one of them come back. There is never any drama with Cricket, it is always the same, wonderful and dependable, every month.

Worthless App
You can’t do anything in this app besides pay your bill. I can’t look into my payment history and the chat option takes you to a browser page. Customer service is also slow and terrible. They don’t know what the answers to questions are and only know how to point you into paying more money.

Using the app to pay is TERRIBLE
I have been a customer for years, since 2018. Never had an issue with the service itself. Paying the bill on the app has always been a problem. I have no resorted to using Quickpay after searching cricket wireless on Google. Sad that I have the app in 2 different places but it doesn’t work on either. Annoying to say the least.

Cancel line, speak to a person
Wait times are extremely long and there is no way to cancel a phone line online from your account, which is ridiculous because you have to wait so long for somebody to answer the phone and then they hang up on you

I thought about it a lot to go to cricket but I don’t regret it they are the best good signal and most of the time they have excellent customer service I totally recommend it.

No longer works on my iPhone 15 Plus, so I’m unable to manage my plan and payments. Please fix.
