DATA AND APP
I’ve had Cricket for a while now and lately the international roaming service and the app have been lagging. Trying to enter the app has become a pain and data roaming is not what it used to be before, that’s lagging as well. I’ve tried everything from resetting my phone to removing the app and installing it again to resetting the network. I travel abroad every month and have been experiencing those issues. Come on Cricket!!!

Stolen electronic SIM card
I’m very happy with cricket! They let somebody get away with stealing my electronic SIM card! Which let them steal all of my IDs on everything that I kept stored in my phone and it shut my phone down! And they used a tremendous amount of money on my charge cards and even opened up more in my name! Cricket let them! get by with changing my passcode on my account!

Customer Loyalty Means Nothing
I’ve been with Cricket for decades, and I’ve never been more disappointed. It’s crazy that Cricket charges a late fee before my due date is even over. If my payment is due today, why am I being penalized before the day has ended?
This feels like just another way to take more of people’s hard-earned money. Customer loyalty should mean something, not be rewarded with extra fees. At this point, I’m seriously considering finding a different wireless provider. This is ridiculous.

What a scam
So i try paying my bill last night after switching my plan and then it wouldn’t let me. Kept saying “Oops! To avoid duplicating your payment, please review your account summary before proceeding.” I looked everywhere on my account and can’t find whatbit wants me to do, customer service charges to make payment and now they suspend my account and have to pay $5 extra when it wasn’t even my fault. I have screenshots to back everything. On times before when I tried changing after my payment is due, it wouldn’t let me it says that I have to change it but then whenever I make the change before the payment is due, it doesn’t let me make a payment. How is this legal?
