You have to go through hoops to update your password and it doesn’t allow you to create your own user name. I got this account for my kids, not for me. So i have to use their number to log in. If i have any issues woth the app i have to ask my kid for the code. So dumb!

Are the frequent app updates really this necessary? What could yall possibly be updating this often, it better not be the way the app looks bc if ur telling me I have to update this damn app every time I wanna pay my phone bill just for it to look a little different I will genuinely get a new service provider. This is annoying as hell.

Cricket Wireless has been one of the worst phone carriers I’ve ever used. The network coverage is unreliable, data speeds are slow even in areas that should have good service, and calls sometimes drop or have poor quality.
Customer service wasn’t helpful when I needed assistance. Instead of solving the problem, they gave generic answers and made the process frustrating.
For the price they charge, there are much better options available with better coverage, faster data, and better customer support. I switched to another carrier and immediately noticed the difference.
I would not recommend Cricket Wireless to anyone looking for reliable service. Save your money and choose a carrier that actually delivers what it promises.

Cricket deletes your account
Cricket deleted my online account without any explanation or permission. I called and they wanted to charge me extra to accept my payment when they purposely ensured I had no way to pay except over the phone or in person which costs extra and they didn’t even offer to waive the extra fee for their issues nor take any responsibility for deleting my online account. This is the third online account that I created in the past two months and every time I bring this up they pretend they have no record of my account being deleted or even any complaints about it. Proof that Cricket does NOT care about their customers.

This is the worst connection I ever had the service is always dropping calls and internet connection issues can’t receive calls or texts for days at a time I’m over it

They have the customer service of a third world nation! I am removing my family from cricket! I’d have my family use tin cans and strings while dying in a fire before I’d ever use cricket! Absolute WORST customer service! Buy clown show cell service , get clown show support! AVOID!!!!
