It’s great

I’ve been using it for quite a while. Saves me from having to log into a website just to pay a bill. It’s quick and convenient. Highly recommend

Their app update description, and one of the many reasons NO ONE TRUSTS THEM:

Garbage…

Tells me it needs an update, but when you go to the App Store it says it’s up to date.

What a piece of junk!

I tried to use this app to pay my electric district 3 bill, worked ok for a couple of months and then it said the app was out of date and needed to be updated, nope no update available but it would not let me pay my bill. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still didn’t work. I finally had to go to the website to pay my bill so what good is the app 🤬

I already have SmartHub and it’s not working today…says it’s out of date…can’t pay my bill!
So why is this pushing it? I’d really like to pay my bill the way I’ve been paying it for several years!! No instructions have been given for a new way to pay except for at a kiosk in a store that will charge a fee! 🤷‍♀️ I’m really not interested in that! HELP!

Crashes

Crashes every single time you try to log in. Deleted the app and reinstalled it, same problems.

Wonky and doesn’t work right

I’ve had my app installed for quite some time and it’s really good with billing, but it’s terrible with usage and retaining vital meter information. Numbers are often incorrect. It’s hard to tell if it is the app or core energy that’s feeding to it.

Today tried to open app! Got code entered & then page closed & had to go through process to login again! Did this 4 times & each time app shut down! It is updated. Your wise words please as I use this app?

Where is app support?

I have been using this app for over 5 years for my internet provider, now I have added my energy provider to the app but now I am not able to access my internet provider account information, I went to app support and it gives me a “page not found” error message. Please fix this and if you could make navigating between service providers accessible that would be a much more user friendly experience. Thanks.

Waste of investment

I’ve had smart hub on my phone for about 8 years. Every time I needed it, it was either slow, incorrect compared to my production meter and now simply says I don’t have any meters. I waited long enough for Core to fix these issues but now I’m done. REMOVED!!!

Usage selection not working

When I select usage for my account I get a message that they can’t find meter for this account. This just started about a week ago. Please fix it!

Used to work great

I have this installed on both IPad and IPhone and have used it for several years to pay a couple of my utilities that use this. It still works fine on my phone but probably 6 months ago quit working on my IPad. Using the same sign in info it fails to log in every time on IPad but works fine from my phone.

Slow

Usage section of the app is so slow it’s un usable

It’s a good app most of all most times

But there is times where it won’t let you login. It won’t let you do nothing and it takes you a long time to fix it.

Seems like they don't really care much about the software

The software could be much better but they don't seem to care much for it. Basic stuff like time of use details always seems in need of repair and some of the stats are mislabeled but all works out when you already have general idea. They are good with the bills and payment info but a lot of missing potential

Crashes and useless

Honestly, with the use of AI to build these apps, there should not be no crashes or issues. I cannot report an outage (which is often with Washington EMC), and I have to call. What’s the point? Washington EMC should have kept what they had. These developers are lazy and do not care to push updates.

Hard time to log in

Please fix the problem. It always says error. I need to pay my bill.
