Left in the dark
The Dominion Power Co app may be working well but we have been without power for 8 hours now and No word from anyone about the issue or any updates!! This is not acceptable.
Missing data now
This app used to provide information on consumption and comparisons to last year, but for several weeks now that data has been “unavailable” in the app. There is apparently no way inside the app to let the developer know, so I am trying here.

High cost and many power outages
After moving from up north i have never seen so many power outages especially when lines are buried under ground. The time to get restored is appalling. With high cost you would think they would treat customers better

Daily energy used.
The app use to show me how much energy I use daily now is not letting me see it. I don’t know if there’s an app update but is definitely not letting me see it anymore. It shows that is not available.

I love that I can see my bills, review my bills and pay my bills all in one place.
Power outages
Had power outages, always 61 customers were out, on the same spot three times and lost count near my house over the years and it’s totally unnecessary and preventable unless dominion energy cares enough to keep it from happening again.

This company charges more on average than corporates, why I'm paying more for electricity every year!

How are you doing so far
Not good. My “HOW ARE YOU DOING SO FAR” section of the home page has not worked for about a month now. I called in. First it was almost impossible to get customer service to listen closely enough to understand the problem. Second, there has been zero follow up. Also, I cannot find my “PEAK TIME REBATES “ on the app no link to it. On the link in the email, I get invalid login id/owds.
