Itโs funny how you charge me for three months and then give me less than a month to make the payment. Repeatedly I have selected the option to receive email notification for my bill and yet email is too difficult for WSSC. Spend less energy changing your website and more on getting a bill out monthly.

Missing features
The interface is nice and clean, but it needs to have a secure way to save payment information and ideally use Apple/Google Pay. Even more ideally, you need to remove the processing fee. That is some nonsense to add this cost to the consumer.
Paying via App
This app is too cumbersome. No payment information is stored, nor is the customer information. It's the only payment app that I have that isn't seemless.
