Missing features
The interface is nice and clean, but it needs to have a secure way to save payment information and ideally use Apple/Google Pay. Even more ideally, you need to remove the processing fee. That is some nonsense to add this cost to the consumer.
Paying via App
This app is too cumbersome. No payment information is stored, nor is the customer information. It's the only payment app that I have that isn't seemless.
Very poor new app interface
They changed the interface so now itโs all manual, previously stored info was lost. Itโs is just so long to input payment. Poor
