This company is an absolute scam!

Last night, a friend called me up because she was having a medical emergency and needed my assistance. I drove to her apartment complex, parked in a spot marked visitor, and when I went back to get my car to drive to the pharmacy to pick up her medication, my car had been towed. Despite the fact that the parking spot was clearly labeled “visitor” there was a sign several feet away, obscured by another car indicating you had to pay for a visitor spot. They towed my car and now aren’t answering phone calls so I have no idea where my car is!

Cannot Edit Permit

The app shuts down and closes when I try to view my permit or edit it. I’ve tried numerous times and restarted my phone and the app. This is a clear bug. Please fix this.
