Cannot Edit Permit
The app shuts down and closes when I try to view my permit or edit it. I’ve tried numerous times and restarted my phone and the app. This is a clear bug. Please fix this.

Got towed
I got my car towed because even though the I paid through the app for a 2 day session, a day into it the app no longer says I have an active parking pass.
Multi car
Does not allow for multi car sessions. First parking app I’ve used that doesn’t have this functionality. Even government funded ones have it. If I have visitors, they shouldn’t have to pay. Surprisingly, and disappointing.

Basic app with little features
I frequently park at the same garage. The app has a “save” tab that doesn’t work. It would be much more convenient to allow a quick save option rather than going through the full process everytime. Please fix!!
Saved Location Issues
The app will not let you save and reuse frequently visited garages. Please fix
