It’s funny how you charge me for three months and then give me less than a month to make the payment. Repeatedly I have selected the option to receive email notification for my bill and yet email is too difficult for WSSC. Spend less energy changing your website and more on getting a bill out monthly.

Missing features
The interface is nice and clean, but it needs to have a secure way to save payment information and ideally use Apple/Google Pay. Even more ideally, you need to remove the processing fee. That is some nonsense to add this cost to the consumer.
Paying via App
This app is too cumbersome. No payment information is stored, nor is the customer information. It's the only payment app that I have that isn't seemless.

They changed the interface so now it’s all manual, previously stored info was lost. It’s is just so long to input payment. Poor

Needs Improving
Great to have the app but it doesn't populate known information. Everything has to be done one box at a time and each letter and symbol. Every other site can understand plugging in an email. Not here though. All others lets you grab your known credit card information but not here. It takes longer than it should. Very frustrating.

I downloaded the App to have the most updated bill so I click on it monthly and just check the portion for what I owe but it doesn’t update the amount that is required. It usually says 0 owed but then I go into the bill and all the sudden it’s late and requires late fees. The app is terrible for on time payments and does not send reminders for late payment. Please fix the glitch and update it. I’ve been late accidentally often.

Save Payment Options
The app covers the basics which allows you to manage your bill from your phone. However, having to repeatedly provide my payment information for each payment without an option to store a payment method or even allow autofill creates a frustrating experience for customers.
