Unable to set up autopay
The app won’t allow me to set up auto pay, which is one of the most important features I need from this app
2 hoas not compatible
Every 6 months the app has a problem where the 2nd HOA payment tab doesn’t populate and you can’t see or pay bills for one of the HOAs. Huge impact for missed bills and potential late fees
Doesn’t disclose credit card fees
My condo just started using this. I was charged over $20 for using a credit card. When I paid the dues, it didn’t say anywhere that there would be a credit card fee for using this. I am fairly certain it’s illegal not to disclose credit card fees at checkout fees. It also doesn’t show on the receipt the fee at all. Also I get a couple of bucks but $20 on $500 is very steep. I will be doing what I can to get a refund and then not touching this app again because it’s a scam.

THIS PROGRAM SUCKS!!!!!
Non scalable app
Unfortunately, viewing this app on anything other than a phone, it will not enlarge or fill the screen on an iPad. Instead it remains phone size and is impossible to read the stored information. Why can this app be resizzed to full screen?
