Set Up Issues
I have the app downloaded, selected sign up, received and confirmed email. Confirm my info and enter and confirm password, then it just spins, nothing happens. Can't even get into app.
Unable to save privacy settings
My address continues to display even when I don’t have the option checked. I try to make other changes to privacy settings and there’s no option to actually save the changes, so they’re discarded.
Condo President
It’s been 10 months since we were switched to TownSq. There is literally no information that allows my board to manage our association effectively like we had with the previous App.
Autopay not working
Auto pay option on IOS App is not working even with the latest update.

I’m trying to make a payment and when I do it takes me back to the Home Screen. Fix this glitch please.

Lots to improve
Really need to be able to view a PDF natively instead of download! Upload file size limit is too small. Links to amenity bookings from emails don’t work - forcing you to search for it. Links should take you directly to the item. Amenity calendar experience between web and app are not the same - needs to be aligned. File management needs to be elevated and modernized. Need to invest in the UX

Horrible app
What A poorly designed app for its intended purpose of managing a condo association. Unorganized, disjointed and a jumbled mess that is so not user friendly. BAD
People must be out of their minds giving this app good ratings… I wonder if it’s all scam…
Super user-unfriendly, poorly organized, cluttered and cumbersome to use. I absolutely hate using it.

The usefulness of this app is dependent upon the timely response from the property management company. Unfortunately mine isn’t so responsive.

Buggy
This app stinks. I sometimes have to hit a forum message 10 times for it to finally open, and then suddenly it's open 10 times. This happens with almost every single forum message. I also would like to change my phone number because the phone number connected to my account is out of service but the app will not allow me to remove the number.

Password Reset Nonfunctional
My password stopped working, and whenever i put in my email it says “enter valid email’”. It’s been this way for months, useless
Unable to delete anything!
A decent app, but it’s impossible to delete a post it attachment to a post.
Needs help
I find the app very frustrating. First, there is no calendar view for events which seems like a pretty obvious need.
Second, I get frequent notifications but when clicking in them it either a) takes me to the web page instead of the app forcing me to log in, or b) if it does take me to the app it does not launch the item that the notification was about.
Third, survey function is very weak.

Can’t edit requests once submitted
I have generally liked townsq but submitting this review because of a basic missing feature.
You can’t see pictures that are attached to a request until you’ve submitted it (it just says like img 6507 or something like that) and then it won’t let you edit the request to remove/change the pictures after the fact. Disappointed in this lack of functionality. Being able to delete your own request would also help.

This app sucks
When glitches make sure u have money at the bank!! It processed my association payment 4 time!!
The worst
I tried to make a payment & the page kept trying to load & I kept getting an error. I’m afraid to try it again because I’m not sure if the payment has went through twice. This app is garbage
