HATE the NEW LAYOUT
It was so much better and now it looks cheap and flat.
Instead of having an app that helps deal with bypass issues or allows you to manage schedules.. they did nothing to actually improve it except change the layout which is more inefficient.

Worst Security App ever
I constantly have to log in & log out.
Delete & reDownload the App, just to perform simple functions like changing my thermostat or Arming my system.
We pay too much money for this functionality to be faulty like this.

Technicality
The app and the alarm has stopped working twice for a few hours with no explanation or solution. Very uncomfortable to have the security you invest in be so flawed
ADT is a SCAM!!
ADT is a scam. They make you all sorts of wonderful promises they don’t hold up to. When trying to cancel, they promise lower monthly charge and no contract. But quickly increase it by 400% (literally) in no time. And that is when you finally get to an employee who “has the authority to cancel your service”. Then when you are moving and want to cancel their “service”, ADT will have you on the phone for literally hours then tell you that you’re under contract and cannot stop service for over a month. Then when you ask if indeed your service will be cancelled and the name of who you are speaking to, they hang up on you! THEN, they scramble your password as you type it, they ALWAYS tell you that they are experiencing delays in answering calls and that their mobile services are down and they are working on them. They are an absolute JOKE but happen to be dealing with the wrong person because I have close connection to a person that definitely will resolve this for me! I can insure ADT will not like the resolution! Game on!

I've had this service for many years. ADT "merged" with someone else. The service immediately went from 5 to 1. They no longer offer adequate service.

Looking for something on this app is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Trying to do easy pay and there link on the home screen easy is not so easy

The app always shows the garage doors as closed when you open it outside the app. When opened by the app it says “opening” even after it is fully opened.

Downgrade
This app used to be way more intuitive and worked better. Now it feels like a windows 95 level app. They may have added more feature or capabilities with the latest update but it's feeling very convoluted, the dashboard too busy, and lots of unnecessary steps to do the same thing that used to be one step...

Terrible app, terrible company
This company is trash, the app sucks, their system sucks, my fire alarm goes off constantly with no fire. Get woken up at 2 am to fire department banging on my door constantly. Tell them the issue they say well you can trouble shoot your self. I hate adt!
