New update
The new update is somewhat horrible. Videos freeze a lot now especially if you looking at multiple at once. The option to look at multiple at once is great but with this new update loading times are long and of course it freezes.
Awful
The old version was easy to use - this new version is not. They need to put it back to the old look.
New Update
I love the convenience of the app, but the update is not a upgrade. The users interface is ruined. The biggest thing on the screen should be the alarm and disarm function. It’s not proportionate. Arming and disarming should take center stage. Having a giant picture of my kitchen is not something I want on the Maine page.

Horrible update with app interface
The app update a new interface is absolutely awful and hard to read.
Poorly designed update
There are way too many tools available today to give us this terrible looking app. It’s boxy and clunky. Add some AI or something to make the look and feel better please.
Why did you change the Home Screen
I don’t like the new Home Screen. Not sure anyone else does either. Sorry for the bad review

Hate hate hate the updated app
I used to be able to on one page disarm/arm, lock/unlock doors, close/open the garage door. Now I have to look god knows where to find the way to close the garage door and doors to unlock. Please change it back.

Still the Worst update ever
Now my screen is messy. The options to hide these blocks result in hidden access to the thing I need most: to arm and disarm my system. There is no way to hide the ugly bright white widget box and the button to arm/disarm is too small. Developers: think about how people use the app in the middle of the night, and why for the love of all that is holy, would you have it switch to a BRIGHT WHITE screen to arm and disarm and make the buttons so tiny at the same time? Think, think, think about the people who must use reading glasses to operate their phone and how inconvenient this new design makes it for us in the middle of the night when arming/disarming!! The white screen disrupts mood and circadian rhythm. It is proven fact, so create an app that supports people needed g to use the phone in the middle of the night. Fix this PLEASE. Fine if people want to have all of their smart home features in one ADT app, but for those of us who only use it to arm/disarm the system, please make it possible to remove the widget box altogether so that the arm/disarm button is large like it used to be and setting on the deep dark blue background.

New Update is truly terrible
Why, for the love of God, would you recreate an app to make it harder for people to see? The app does not need all of these weather, scene, etc widgets, and there is not a way to remove them without covering up the most important feature: the arm/disarm button. Further, when I click the arm or disarm button, it goes from a blue background with bright white widgets (that didn’t used to exist) to a BRIGHT WHITE screen. Using this app in the middle of the night disrupts my mood and circadian rhythm. WHY WOULD A DESIGNER DO THIS TO ITS CUSTOMERS??? Boo. Hiss. Fix this now!!

The App Update No One Asked For
The update of the app is terrible for the infuser. I removed all the scenes because I don’t need that information when I open the app. Now the “Edit Dashboard” feature is blocking the link to enable and disable my system. I use an iPhone. You all need to fix this asap.
When upgrades = less user friendly experience
ADT took an easy to use UI and added many unnecessary features. While there are some customization options, the overall app is less user friendly than before
The worst
Everything about the new system is horrible. Constantly gets stuck in update mode. ADT refuses to resolve or provide service and expects me to spend hours doing my own service and troubleshooting.
