Worse customer service

If you need help, be ready to wait for hours on the phone and anyone who answers will pass you on to the next “expert”. Broke the contract and took the loss. Their reps lie with promises. I wonder how such a business survives?

EXTREMELY SLOW

I genuinely did try to like this app and there are definitely some features at are amazing like the notifications telling you exactly what time motion was detected but as far as cameras and recording comes, they are so slow. It is painful. If you’re looking for a service that is all about speed and precision. I would definitely not recommend ADT.
