Horrible app and horrible cameras. I can’t believe that I keep this service for a while, but canceling this horrible service.
Auto sign out
Not as often, but still auto signs us out
40 year customer App No worky
40 year customer App constantly shows error messages and was on the phone most of the afternoon with numerous reps who can’t schedule to fix the problem. Looks like starting over elsewhere might work better
Works less than 10% of the time
When I try to arm or disarm my system. It’s won’t work. Always says it’s working or it says was unable to perform action. Even looking at the cameras we have through ADT never works. Always buffing
App access
After multiple attempts I can’t login using my email and password. Tried to get a new password but did not get an email so I could change it.
