Do better
Do you know how frustrating it is to have to log back in every few days when I am trying to quickly turn the system on or off? Why does it not hold a log in? Completely defeats the purpose. I may as well just run to the keypad every time I open the door.
Worst ever
If you can get it to work, it’s great. I have been trying to reset my password for at least six months. Every time I try it locks me out and says I’ve tried too many times. I have tried telephone help and I have tried chat help and nothing works. This app is literally set up in the worst way, you cannot change the password when you need to. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get this to work again, and I have had my ADT system for 16 years.

Terrible customer service
Customer service representatives have no idea what is going on. If a technician is dispatched all they want to do is sell you a new system.
Slow Response
The ADT Pulse app is extremely slow to open and load. Even when I'm in the basement, it's faster to walk upstairs and use the keypad than wait for the app. When I come in through the garage, I open the app to disarm the system, but it takes so long to connect that I end up using the key fob instead. At this point, the app isn't useful because it's too slow to be practical.

App need to be refreshed
When I try to arm my alarm, the shield is still green after it is armed at the panel. It does not turn red to alert me that it’s armed. I have to go to the panel to confirm it switched over from my phone request.
