Buggy buggy buggy
I swear this app crashes, logs out, or gives an error about every other day on my Apple Watch. The app on my watch is really convenient so I don’t have to open up my phone to turn off my alarm system and I’d much rather use my watch, but when it’s this problematic I’m stuck using my phone anyway. Pretty disappointing.

Horrible app and horrible cameras. I can’t believe that I keep this service for a while, but canceling this horrible service.

40 year customer App No worky
40 year customer App constantly shows error messages and was on the phone most of the afternoon with numerous reps who can’t schedule to fix the problem. Looks like starting over elsewhere might work better
Works less than 10% of the time
When I try to arm or disarm my system. It’s won’t work. Always says it’s working or it says was unable to perform action. Even looking at the cameras we have through ADT never works. Always buffing
