SO slow and no schedules?!

This app does what I would consider table stakes: arm/disarm the system and show me when doors were opened. It takes such a long time to connect to the system and is missing scheduling functionality. Why can’t I use the app to set an arm/disarm schedule? This is a basic thing (e.g. Nest). Cmon, it’s 2026!

Had it for six weeks.

I’ve had the system for six weeks and after two weeks it stopped working. It took him two weeks to bring somebody out. It worked for a couple of days and then it stopped working and I got a phone call every morning at 7 AM telling him that it wasn’t set up properly. Service finally came out another two weeks later and said it was working fine. When I went to use the app, it told me that my sensors weren’t being connected. Bottom of mine, I’ve had it for six weeks and have yet to be able to use it

Doesn’t disarm

The alarm doesn’t disarm or arm when using the app. Several attempts have to be made for the alarm to turn on or off.
