Unusable

Crashes on open.

Can't find a home

Had someone from the IT department try to get the app to recommit the Gen 3 Gateway to no avail.

L update removing Apple Watch support

I don’t know why they removed Apple Watch support, but that is very disappointing.

Doesn’t work

This app, the blinds, and the little relays never work. I have the blinds scheduled to open and close on their own, but they don’t. I try to use the app to open or close the window but it doesn’t connect! We have had someone out to look at it several times, but it is expensive and only lasts for a month or so.

I will never buy blinds from them again! Something that should be easy is such a pain!!

As good as they get?

Great when it works but seldom works. Still have to rely on puck remotes. App randomly won’t function even with full wifi coverage. C’mon guys do better. We won’t install Hunter Douglas next time and will follow the sales rep’s advice to competitors with better apps.
