Awful App - DO NOT BUY THESE BLINDS

You just be joking. The app constantly loses connection. And I've been scammed to get two gateways that rarely work. All I get is errors half the times. NOT WORTH IT.

L update removing Apple Watch support

I don’t know why they removed Apple Watch support, but that is very disappointing.

Doesn’t work

This app, the blinds, and the little relays never work. I have the blinds scheduled to open and close on their own, but they don’t. I try to use the app to open or close the window but it doesn’t connect! We have had someone out to look at it several times, but it is expensive and only lasts for a month or so.

I will never buy blinds from them again! Something that should be easy is such a pain!!
