Make Appliances Dumb Again
The app runs fine but have since deleted it and will delete my account. The only reason I had to download it is because my husband swore we needed the rinse cycle, which they do not have on the control panel. Bosch did this on purpose, putting a popular feature only available on the app so they can sell your data to 3rd party companies, which I why you give them fake info. There is no reason why appliances need to be connected to the internet or have a mobile app to work. Consumers are tired of this and just want regular appliances like the 90’s. Bring them back!

Needs a complete redesign from someone from Apple who knows how to make a simple interface

Why Am I Forced to Use This App to Delay Start?!
I am giving this a low rating because Bosch removed the physical delay start buttons to force people into the home connect ecosystem, artificially inflating app user numbers.
It is incredibly frustrating to be forced to use an app to run the machine at night. Now I have to be the one to set this each night instead of whomever in the household loaded the dishes. Additionally, if anyone opens and then closes the dishwasher door after I set the delay start, it won’t run. What a fun surprise in the morning! Honestly it’s like my teenagers paid Bosch to get them out of starting the dishwasher on their dish night, and loading their evening snack dishes.
