Sometimes it’s inconvenient to have to go to your phone and forget to set the really start. Also when it finishes, the red icon comes on the app and would not disappear unless you open the app.

This app is horrible to use.
Too many layers, nothing is intuitive.
I paid a premium price for this appliance and it is incredibly frustrating that I have to use an app on my phone to use all of the feature I paid for.

Kinda Stupid
WiFi enabled and the app just has too many “options“ , takes too long to navigate and others in household can’t see that the timer is set. Give me back a simple, time saving button to push with front panel indicator lights. I don’t need the app to tell me when it’s done. Too much already
Terrible app
Not good, doesn’t stay connected. Worst app ever created. Does not work.
Useless for remote control
When I start autochef, it says the cooktop is online. I confirmed it’s on my wifi network by doing a network scan. But when I have selected a dish and get to the screen with the “send to appliance” button, the app says the appliance is offline. Yes, I know the cooktop times out, so I made sure to watch it and make sure it is powered on.

Defective dishwasher
This thing powers on by itself randomly and engages the pump. It is only a year old. Very dissatisfied.
300 Series from Lowe’s
This refrigerator has thrown error codes 3 times within 10 days. The great Google says this model has known issues. It is going to go back from where it came if this is not resolved.

Why do I need an app to control my dishwasher? Normally I would say “no reason at all” but since they removed the delay button, I’m using the app. My dishwasher has stopped working and Bosch has been out twice with no resolution. But at least I have an app that looks like some garbage my middle schooler made with AI over the weekend. It disconnects all the time and the QR scanner doesn’t work and is always out of focus. I have press like 5 buttons to start on a delay.

Garbage app
We have been unable to get the remote app working for our NEW BISCH DIDHWASHER. Very disappointed.
Won’t connect to WiFi
Since the recent app update my dishwasher disconnected from WiFi. After uninstalling, reinstalling, and resetting my dishwasher it still will not connect. Very disappointed in customer service not having a resolution.
Some deficiencies
Does not state which brand I have which make me return to the manual constantly. Does not state whether it is on or will stay on during smart mode.
Works well
The App works extremely well. Reconnects even when power has been lost / restored at home. Was easy to set up
Why so difficult to add a favorite?
Was able to add a favorite wash cycle to my app but can’t find a way to do it again both for my iPhone or my wife’s. Cumbersome.

Unable to reset notification
There isn’t much in terms of what you can actually do with this app and the fridge, but the reminder to change the water filter is/was handy… unfortunately now you can’t reset it, it just won’t.
Useless app for a very expensive fridge!
Mysteriously lost connection with the fridge/freezer. Can’t/won’t reconnect! Wasted hours of my perfectly valuable time on earth with this useless POS (Piece of Software…). I have several dozen IOT devices including two other Thermador appliances with no issues on my network.
Does not support basic functionality
The app works great in connecting to dishwasher but lacks the primary functionality of saving a delayed start as favourite. In California, electricity prices go down after 9 PM. So if i am done loading dishes before 9, i would like to click a button that delays start. (note that this is not same as starting didhwasher at 9 pm) since i dont always get done with dishwasher by then.
