Keep switching off
Very bad... Was very good but since a month it Just keep switching off without reasons. Call electrician to even check if something is wrong with my power. Definitely devise problem or app problem. Will never recommend it
Making me lose my mind
It was working fine until I got logged out for no reason and I am using it for my fish lighting schedule so now everything is messed up and I have to reset my schedule all over again
Abuses push notifications
Their marketing department abuses push notifications for advertising. Zero stars and notifications are now disabled. Would completely uninstall if I could.
Great app but needs Mx Mac support
Great app works with most of my devices (no idea why there is a 1 star review think they need to stop and think as app works fine) but falling behind other home control apps not having Apple silicon Mac support, the app will work on newer Macs since same CPU architecture as iPhones and iPads, just enable use in Mx Macs, should not take much effort.

Connectivity Issues
Once my devices are connected to the app, SmartLife works great. However, the connection process gives me issues every time. We occasionally have house sitters who turn off the lights and every time this happens it is such a headache to get devices reconnected. I have other smart lights from other brands that have no issues but SmartLife specifically gives me a very hard time. I would recommend other brands than SmartLife.
