Trying to reinstall this app is a very terrible process and I can lock my door without the app
Terrible
Keeps asking me to turn on every form of location tracking I already have on. Couldn’t even find the device I needed to connect to.
SmartLife seems broken
I have been using the app for a long time, but when I try to use the app to add another device I am assigned a temporary account - no login option is anywhere to be seen. It does realise my that my email address exists but does not give me any way to login with my account and password. Frustrating!!!!

We have five window treatments connected to this app. It works successfully about 10% of the time despite following all of the troubleshooting tips.
Terrible lag on loading the correct status
This app has so much potential but the user experience is so lacking, no status update on the timer function for water meter, you open a valve and you don’t know if it open or not, the schedule is him in some sub menu if you remember where you set it up initially, the lag on loading the pages is terrible, I really can’t see why’s this is rated so high, really needs a serious improvement on speed and usability.

Will not connect to any brand bulb on any type of WiFi. It used to work now TRASH!
Hard to use
Can you move the brightness bar because it doesn’t register actions. I can’t change the brightness of my bulb!
The update ruined my life
The update unpaired everything from my everything. I can’t use Alexa, I can’t use the app to control the lights. I had to rearrange to make my lights easy to reach.

Why do I need to register an email account to turn on a light bulb?
The colours are too bright for my liking.
After the latest update the connection is lost between the app and Bluetooth when i try to adjust the light or turn it off when unlocking my phone.

Pictures
Still waiting on you to allow for pictures on the switches. I get the whole privacy thing, but no reason not to have generic options. Hard to differentiate between switches that all have the same picture. May need to look into a different app.
Cannot change Temp to C°
I have set the temperature to Centigrade in the App, but the clock continues to display in F!
Confused and annoying.
AI has infiltrated with no settings, no ability to disable and it’s listening. The app is dysfunction and trying to be too much. Why would anyone want something that is harder to use when the idea of automation was supposed to be easy to use or not have to interact with it at all. Privacy and ease are dead RIP

app works good kinda confusing to connect however the ai assistant thing is stupid. not every app needs ai id argue none of them do but atleast it makes sense for some, tf do i need an ai assistant for, my lightbulbs? like hey ai completely decimate an entire lake so u can turn my lights off rq.

Terrible app. Does not work, connect to the WiFi Hun that is brand new, rendering my expensive pool lights useless.

Introduction of Advertising
Recently the SmartLife application introduced third party advertising into the app. We are now forced to view and dismiss scam advertisements for unrelated products.
Remove the Ads
They have added Ads directly at the top of the screen. Ai waste of screen space.
