I’ve had this lock for a few years, now YOU demand that I pay for the pleasure of using it??? That’s BS!
Bait and switch
At least prove to me that you can connect to my thermostat before requiring me to go through all of your hoops, waste of time… I had to pay 699 for a week subscription only to find out that my pro series TH6220WF2006 that I have in my house doesn’t work with the app… looks like I need a new thermostat…

Bait andswitch?
One good night of service, watching an elder during his sleep. Then the next time I try to use it, it wants me to subscribe for $59 a month. Give me a break you gotta make this easier for us to even log on.. You have some work to do I will get something else.
Pay or get nothing
You have to pay a subscription to do anything in the app. Stupid.
Information prior to purchase
Wish they would of let me know I needed to purchase an app to use. Pura diffuser to expensive to be requiring an app. Not even offering a trial. No for me.
