It doesn’t allow you to add a device or connect unless you pay a weekly or yearly fee. No trial option either to see if it’s worth the money.
App won’t open devices anymore
I’ve reset multiple times and paid the yearly subscription and the smart feeder will connect but not open, therefore I can’t feed from the app or view the camera. It worked the first 2 months.
No Free Option
Tried to add my first device to test this out. Selected “continue with limited options” instead of paying 6 dollars for a single week. It kicked me back to Home Screen with no device added. Apparently you limited options is browsing around the Home Screen.
