Sucks

Requires a subscription that is way overpriced

What are you smoking?

You must be high on your own supply if you think most consumers would pay for this exorbitant subscription! No way.

Adding thermostat

Yes it will not addd the device and in pairing mode. Frustrated and now have subscription I cannot use. Would like a refund

6.99 per week?!?

$6.99 per week is a ridiculous price for an app.

Confusing

This app sucks. How hard can it be to setup a thermostat w/o all the upselling? I can’t setup my thermostat without having to sign up for bs.

No way to scan QR

Can’t get it to work

No free trial

The lack of a free trial to even see if my device is compatible is troublesome. The limited use version allow nothing. So it’s either pay for the unknown or go with a different app.

No Sir!

I’m not paying for an app that doesn’t offer a trial period.

No customer service number

Fraud

I thought this is the acobee official software which is completely false. It keep asking for subscription !

I had to pay for this

I paid for it and because I am trying to control my Honeywell thermostats and there is no trial period I paid for it erroneously I can’t use it on my network. What the heck?

Not paying just to find out if it works.

Not paying just to find out if it works.

Cool

Super fluide

Should be Criminal To Falsely Advertise this as the official Honeywell App, it doesn’t even pair

The app comes up in the App Store and they want you to pay a ridiculous $59.90 for a year or 6.99 per week, so after a ridiculous moment, you decide to get it and pay the yearly rate since it’s 20% of the weekly price only to find out that this is not even the correct app. It doesn’t even pair with my device. Should be a crime to take advantage of people like that.

Not a good app

Requires expensive subscription as well as the app is really terrible and not logical

60$ to even connect

It’s literally my own tech. What do you provide.

paywall

i don't see the point of having an option to "continue with limited version" if the app is useless without paying. the option implies that you can use the app with LIMITED access, however that is not the case.

18k for a system and gotta pay to control it

This is really unacceptable. Paid over 18k for our system and now you’re going to charge me $7.00 a month for the privilege of hooking up to my own WiFi?? Talk about craven.

Good

Very good app

🚨🚨DO NOT USE

Completely ridiculous to have to pay for subscription to then find out it’s not compatible with the home appliance I’m trying to connect. I’ll be spending the rest of my time trying to get a refund I’m
Sure!!
