There are no cellular data restrictions, I use only one SIM, and VPN does not help. The cameras connect normally through any Wi-Fi network, so the issue seems to be specifically related to Xiaomi Home when using a cellular connection.
Please investigate and fix this issue, as remote camera access over mobile data is one of the main reasons to use the app.

Bad app. I don’t understand how it’s use
Better Options Available
These were affordable and that’s why I got them. They pick up the tiniest sounds from far off, but can’t decipher voices directly under them. The playback option is decent but the playback rarely goes to where the alert is and it is almost impossible to rewind or fast forward without numerous adjustments. Also, don’t expect a good quality, at all, if you need to zoom in.

Can’t log in
After typing all login credentials and verification, the app’s login page just keeps spinning indefinitely. Tried to shut it down and reopen, but good :( Probably a good time to ditch all the Chinese products out of my place.
We like our Xiaomi robot vac but
It does a pretty good job of keeping our house clean except the app only allows us to empty the dust bin after every 3 cleans which is insufficient and it keeps getting blocked. We have wooden floors and a dog and the dog hair is the issue. Need to be able to program it to empty the dust bin each time it returns to base. I’ll give you 5 stars if you do!
