Unusable on macOS: Severe Bugs & Constant High CPU / Overheating
Please fix or remove the Mac Apple Silicon compatibility. The app gets stuck on screens with no back button (like photo permission for QR scans). On top of that, running this app on Mac causes constant high CPU usage and severe overheating, forcing the fans on full speed. It needs serious macOS optimization

I don’t know what is the goal of Xiaomi with this app. It works but has many missing details. It has many devices that works with it, but many are very cheap and unreliable. It can’t interact with AQARA on real time, just use some of its devices. They both have serious network communication issues and Xiaomi Won’t use Matter. Xiaomi says they are Home Assistant ready but they blocked your account to login. Chinese not always make sense on what they want. This APP is almost good but they don’t want it to be excellent.

Уважаемые разработчики, исправьте ошибку, пожалуйста!! При просмотре камер на iPad в приложении в горизонтальном режиме. Сначала открывается карточка камеры на экране - Все хорошо. Открываешь полноэкранный режим - все хорошо. Закрываешь полноэкранный режим - приложение переходит в вертикальное отображение. И ничего с этим сделать невозможно! Чтобы вернуть горизонтальный режим, необходимо перевернуть iPad вертикально и потом обратно горизонтально. Это очень неудобно и раздражает. Особенно когда у тебя камер много и они все Xiaomi CW500 dual - после каждого открытия каждой камеры вертеть iPad …. :(
На iPhone все точно так же, но там понятно зачем так сделано. А вот для iPad Исправьте пожалуйста!!
И большая просьба на будущее - очень не хватает режима видеонаблюдения для iPad. Чтобы просматривать несколько камер в реальном времени одновременно на одном экране.

Too Slow
Even with the fastest internet, the app takes a life to load the camera. And good luck trying to play a video from the memory or cloud. Also it has one of the worst UX I’ve seen.
Smart door bell
Annoyingly constantly disconnecting from door bell requires resetting, also real time view has same issues.

更新这么频繁，功能和bug是一样没改，就知道使命往里面塞东西，最近手机经常莫名其妙的发烫始终找不到原因，现在找到了就是你这个App，臃肿的我都得打开了，还有你们家的东西，你把App做成这样，臃肿成这样，而且还发烫，让谁有心思去用你们的东西，你们老脑袋都被翔塞满了吗？
Not functioning correctly anymore
This worked fairly well when I first bough the vacuum now the editing screen if very clunky, won’t register some actions and I have to close app to exit functions. When was the last update.
