Playback

Overall the camera quality for my dual cruisers is great. However when it comes to video play back it all falls down. My cameras are not even a week old and one of my cameras hasn’t had playback at all! My second camera had playback and now suddenly dosent ? Both cameras have 256gb sd cards in them and are both formatted correctly, the app shows that someone has been detected but I can’t wait it back as it pops up with “play error, tap to refresh”. I’ve rebooted the cameras and re formatted the cameras again but I still have no play back. Could this be a software issue?

Wants you to buy cloud storage but offers SD card memory but never works even formatted them and changing them. 6 cameras don’t hold memory
Real shame they would of been best cameras on the market if this worked
