Playback
Overall the camera quality for my dual cruisers is great. However when it comes to video play back it all falls down. My cameras are not even a week old and one of my cameras hasn’t had playback at all! My second camera had playback and now suddenly dosent ? Both cameras have 256gb sd cards in them and are both formatted correctly, the app shows that someone has been detected but I can’t wait it back as it pops up with “play error, tap to refresh”. I’ve rebooted the cameras and re formatted the cameras again but I still have no play back. Could this be a software issue?

Used to be great before updating
Such a shame… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it… !!! My cameras used to turn on alerts automatically when I left my house. Now it has to be done manually… which I never remember to do… apparently can set it up with Siri, but after several attempts and NOTHING happening, I’ve given up the idea 🤷♂️. Hope they sort this soon.

New update is rubbish
Since the latest update my video and audio aren’t in sync with eachother. We got this camera to capture memories of our little one and the footage is pretty much useless :(
Something changed
I believe the latest update ruined the possibility of arranging the cameras in the order you want them! No matter what I do I can not rearrange the order they are in. Also it was working fine and all of a sudden it stopped working and reverted to some random order. This happened last week and the latest update

Another problem is the cameras don’t overwrite the storage cards like most other cameras so you must manually format and delete the card every few days, a total pain in the butt!

After last update the devices go offline frequently. Lookalike loosing WiFi connectivity.

After update this option was removed in Home Page (all camera and small picture ) now only ( Show less ) , before was 2 pictures in Gird mode for each line

离家按钮等于没用，按了也不会打开摄像头，有什么用？还跟我自己设置的一键布防冲突了，建议离家按钮加一个添加摄像头功能。

Home page layout is bad and oversized
Cannot easily see how many cameras are online/offline
Important information is missing from the home screen
Thumbnail/grid view looks poor and less user-friendly
I am using 14 cameras, so the online/offline status feature is very important for daily monitoring. Kindly bring back the older version or add these features again.

Latest update v10.0.0 ruined everything
The most recent update has adversely affected the layout of the home page cameras display. I’m currently utilizing 13 cameras, and navigating through them has become significantly more challenging. Previously, it was relatively straightforward to configure the layout, such as thumbnails or grid view, among other options.
I request Imou to release an update that reverts the application to get back its previous feature, thereby minimizing its size.
