Connection Error
The basic requirement for the App is to connect to the appliance.
It stays connected for a few days and then the dreaded connection error shows up.
I’ve never experienced this with other brand IoTs.
For a luxury appliance like Sub-zero/Wolf/Cove, this App is a big embarrassment.
I have the double oven, Sub-zero and Cove and all three are showing connection errors.
Why is this so very difficult?? I have stopped using the app now.

No HomeKit integration
It’s 2026 and this app still doesn’t have HomeKit integration. It works with Alexa and Google but why not Apple?
Works when it finally connects
I had to have Wolf help me connect my appliances when I first set up the app. It worked for a while. And I loved having the information. It lost connection and will not reconnect, so I guess I will call customer service again.
Wi-Fi will not connect in three of my Ford devices
I have a brand new 3050 refrigerator 1850 wine cooler 2450 freezer and Wolf oven. Only the freezer can connect to the Internet. The others don’t find the Internet, even though it’s extremely strong signal. The app does not allow you to delete a network you’ve entered.
Bad update
Latest update breaks everything. Cant connect at all. Hangs on Bluetooth. Then hangs on wifi. Horrible.
