Recent update broke the app

Please fix this issue. I am no longer able to login.

Basic. Useless. Avoid Subzero

I’ve had subzero appliances over 30 years. Just installed high end new kitchen with the classic fridges, wine columns, glass induction cooktops, the whole nines. The kitchen/house was featured on a TV show in Magnolia Network, Dwell magazine and won a National Architectural Design Award 2025.

But we hate it because the wine column has a screen with the temperature for each section and the screen CANNOT be dimmed. The whole kitchen looks ghetto because of the wine fridge screen being super bright - like a Samsung or lg fridge.

And the app cannot manipulate the appliance. It would be the simplest thing to dim the screen until the door is opened or something like that. But Subzwro appliances are going backwards/downstream. And the appliance is a dumb privacy grab to get your information but doesn’t actually provide any benefits.

Wish I had moved away from this brand. Never again.

Buggy and intermittently works

Lacks troubleshooting. Also prompts me to register or enter serial number after it’s already been done. Edited and gave more stars—I had to reboot the fridge at the circuit breaker (not ideal) but now it works. I would like the fridge itself to include more troubleshooting options including a hard reboot from the menu. The app itself is fine but in this pricey ecosystem I think it’s fair to offer a full system review for this app as only potential big spenders will be looking at this app and it’s important to give them a review of how this smart fridge operates. The devs were super responsive at my initial one star review and this is great.

Temperature Alertd

Unfortunately, the app doesn’t provide temperature alerts resulting from a component failure. This is a must and without it the app is useless.

Horrible Experience

We installed the app, connected to the refrigerator through bluebooth. The firmware update failed! Afterwards, it denied to connect. The service center is useless. They told us they could not solve any technical problems. The so called local office is not open over the weekend. By the way, the brand new refrigerator failed the 2nd day after it was installed. The same response was given. No service is available over the weekend.
