Constantly drops my appliances and forgets registration information
What a complete mess and joke of an App
From initial sale to pre-inspection, installation registration, iPhone app, makes the wolf experience a clown show. AI Gemini or ChatGPT agree with me. Not ready for prime time – wolf is in the minor leagues. Can’t say I’m surprised after the factory certified professional installation where they left all appliances full of fingerprints smudges after install and all the packaging garbage for me to cleanup
Every new car I’ve ever bought., the dealer washed it before I got the keys. Wolf at twice the price of my last new car leaves it to me to clean and polish.
Highly overrated..Wolf is now the word for the exact opposite of white glove service. Example use: “they really wolf-ed that one didn’t they?”
Worst purchase I’ve ever made.
Recent update broke the app
Basic. Useless. Avoid Subzero
But we hate it because the wine column has a screen with the temperature for each section and the screen CANNOT be dimmed. The whole kitchen looks ghetto because of the wine fridge screen being super bright - like a Samsung or lg fridge.
And the app cannot manipulate the appliance. It would be the simplest thing to dim the screen until the door is opened or something like that. But Subzwro appliances are going backwards/downstream. And the appliance is a dumb privacy grab to get your information but doesn’t actually provide any benefits.
Wish I had moved away from this brand. Never again.
Buggy and intermittently works
Temperature Alertd
Horrible Experience
Connection Error
It stays connected for a few days and then the dreaded connection error shows up.
I’ve never experienced this with other brand IoTs.
For a luxury appliance like Sub-zero/Wolf/Cove, this App is a big embarrassment.
I have the double oven, Sub-zero and Cove and all three are showing connection errors.
Why is this so very difficult?? I have stopped using the app now.
No HomeKit integration
Works when it finally connects
Wi-Fi will not connect in three of my Ford devices
Bad update
Fix the app!
Keeps breaking with connection error
The only thing that is required is to be able to connect to the appliances when you open the app. How difficult could that be? I believe there are serious quality issues before releasing the app to production. I have now stopped using this app altogether.
Updates break app-appliance connection
Works great when it works
Update broke connection
Daylight savings and other opportunities
I also assume the firmware may be outdated, but there is no indication that it is, or how to check for it.
For an item that consider “luxury” it is really under performing, as the oven should have auto updated over WiFi or the app should have signaled to do it, and indicate that the oven firmware is updated. More basic devices, like my cat feeder, have that functionality.
