Stopped working with 18.6 Update

We’ve had our Hunter Douglas motorized shades for over 10 years with only a few issues but now it seems the app is obsolete after installing iOS 18.6

Spent thousands of dollars and now app is outdated

Spent thousands of dollars getting this product in my house about 10yrs ago and now the app doesn’t work and they don't seem to care. I do t have thousands more to upgrade and it’s kind of wrong of them to not put out the update for this to work for the customers that spent that kind of money in the past. New customers beware , this is how they treat you

Unsupported and now abandoned by Hunter Douglas

It worked well until it didn’t. Shame on them for charging so much money and then leaving us all in the ditch with no tech support.

Awful. Forced to replace blinds

The Controller is terrible and without updates for years. To the point where I cannot get any of my blinds to work and have to rip and replace.
