It’s buggy
Some time work flawlessly and most of the time keeps spinning the wheel and nothing happens
It used to work well, it’s slowed down
The app used to work very well. It still works, but there’s a very long delay when sending a request to open or close blinds. I’m not sure why it’s delayed but it’s been like this for a month
Today it works, not tomorrow
I have never experienced a more finicky product in my life! The app sometimes works… sometimes not. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It works with Alexa more often than the app itself, and I have no idea why! The crazy-weird and confusing remote is largely responsive, but by all means don’t try to re-program the thing. I have a $6K investment in these silly blinds, just to have them decide on their own if they feel like working on any given day. Yes, the terrible Somfy WiFi transceiver is within 10’ of my perfect WiFi, on a dedicated 2.4ghz network. So, ya, don’t even go there with excuses.

Do Not Buy
Unable to pair to Alexa, app is not intuitive and one of the two somfy blinds randomly decided to stop working with the programmed schedule. Unable to pair the blinds with the remote. Customer service takes forever to get back to you if they get back at all. Definitely would NOT recommend.
