Bug fix

User reviews

excellent installer useless software

Installer is excellent and very patient to debug through all connection issue. But then failure is the useless hub and weak/nonfunctioning software. Nothing work consistently in my house, and always need to prepay for luck for some shades to respond to app command. Yes, you may say the remote is always reliable and sufficient. But we are evaluating its app. If the app is not doing its job, no matter its wireless connection infestation or other matter, it’s app issue. Shame for a company with such a strong hardware motor.

Rooms seem broken

The app has been useful setting with Siri commands and different rooms, however it seems the rooms feature is broken. Despite deleting and recreating rooms, when expecting to see the one or two blinds added to the group, all blinds are in the room group, so we now have to manually close specific blinds which is rather annoying. It would also be handy for the app to show the battery status, alert when battery is low, and show the status of the blinds (open/closer), as there have been times we’ve gone to close a some and they’ve been left open because they need charging.

Horrible

This is by far the worst app out there. Updates never work properly. Communication to the shades fail all the time.

Latest Update Broke It

All roller shades show up in every room I create. Create a new room add the shades I want and boop, all the shades are there when I click the room.
Fix this please.

Very temperamental

When it works it’s great, but it keeps dropping off networks never to be connected again. WiFi is the biggest problem, will only work on 2.4GHz networks, but throws a tantrum randomly and won’t reconnect. For today’s home services, this app and the associated hardware is too basic and impossible to troubleshoot.
