App broken

Pushed an update through and broke the app have NOT been able to raise or lower ANY of my blinds over 2 weeks now! They blame the update but offer no option to roll back to fix!?! Horrible.

%

With other applications I've had for other electronic screens, there has been a percentage part. So you could say I want my screens to be down 37%. And you could actually save that in the app. Here it's either all or nothing when you are trying to set up scenes. There really should be something better in regards to this.

Great idea… but

I would like to use this app for a scheduled open this blind at this time, close at this time, I managed to link it to Alexa, but that just opened all the way to closed! To use it daily to open each one and close all yourself it’s 100% at that, but the other stuff would elevate it to another level. 😎

It’s great when it works

The TaHoma app is great when it works but if something goes awry it’s hopeless at helping to determine the issue. I had a problem of a scene not being triggered. I spent ages, with help from Somfy support, trying to find the problem. It turned out to be a temperature sensor needing a reset. But the app doesn’t help to diagnose the problem and the support pages on the Somfy website are of very little use - they almost always take you to pages about setting up, not fault finding.

Google Home connection

My somfy roller blinds no longer link to Google Home. That’s the only reason I bought them five years ago, so I’m very disappointed.
