A Nightmare to set up
The app has clearly not been properly tested. Full of problems when setting up the account from making you guess what the phone format is to not giving enough space to see what you’re inputting as password confirmation… If that wasn’t bad enough when finished, couldn’t get into my account!

App so buggy
The documentation for the zigbee motors with TaHoma switch is not updated to reflect what is on the app. There is no way to add “equipment” without adding a remote. Does not see plugs. Takes many restarts to see motors. When we clicked for service bc the TaHoma switch on an install would not pair after 4 hours on the phone with Somfy support, instead of sending a ticket it locked us out of Somfy pro app entirely and now we can’t help any clients and Somfy does not respond for 4 days. Horrible experience. Use a different manufacturer!!!
