Extremely slow app
Super slow app, by the time it logs you in and/or loads up the live video, something could already be happening.

Barely ever works
This app is hit or miss. Alarm system sometimes arms from my phone but most of the time I have to fight with it, and I mean really fight with it by closing the app, opening it again, and trying to arm it while sitting in my driveway looking like an idiot. Absolutely horrible. Then there are the fun times when the app tells me the system is disarmed and I walk in my door and the alarm starts going off. When that happens I disarm it and I wait and wait for the intercom communicator to come through which maybe happens 5% of the time. The system could be great if it worked right but it never does.

Front camera freeze and not recording

Waste of money
The app is constantly glitching and the system doesn’t work. It never records properly.
Notification problems
Frequent problems with notifications. Phone notifications constantly stop working despite tinkering with app settings.

Notifications somehow got snoozed. When I turn them back on there’s no way to save the selection as the app just turns them back off. In the help section there’s no way to contact them only articles none of which cover this issue. So now a large functionality of my system is gone with no way to resolve.

It is not consistent
The app doesn’t always work. We need to try several times to arm stay or away or to disarm.
Terrible app quality
Over half of the time when I attempt to watch my cameras, they fail to load. This will cause me to exit the app and reload it a dozen times before I can check my live feed. The qualify is poor.
Do Not Use (Safe Streets)
Push notifications aren’t going to my phone anymore. Called alarm company, after troubleshooting they informed me it was nothing on their end and to call Resedio Tech support. Resedio told me the security company would have to contact them, they can’t help me troubleshoot.
Update Was Bad
After an update the app stopped sending camera alerts to me. This is unacceptable.
Terrible service
You have any faulty sensors you will bee in the hole for hundreds for police visits and have the nerve to charge a large fee to come and fix it. I don’t know how they keep customers.
