Slow
If you need to arm or disarm your system, it's faster to drive home and do it there. If your alarm goes off, wait about 40 minutes before the call center contacts you.

Every time my devices update this app loses all my info.
Slow/no disconnect just set alarm off to go on in after waiting 4-5 min.
Waiting for connection sometimes takes minutes. It’s easier to sign out and back in for connection. My password sometimes disappears.
Not a happy client
Since this app was changed I have been challenged to arm my alarm remotely!!
So slow
App speed not improved in years. It takes 20 seconds to disarm on a 1g Fiber connection. Ring and schlage 1 second. Fix the app or add appropriate servers.
Horrible Service, Never Works
This app is incredibly frustrating and rarely works the first time we attempt to use it. Often takes multiple attempts, even when connected to Wi-Fi and forget it if not connected. Takes hours and multiple transfers to be connected to a technician who can help fix it when it breaks down.
Works Well
Total Connect works well but takes about one minute to load. Sometimes TC will clear my password and it has to be re-entered on both of our iPhones. My iPhone has 64 GB of Storage and 14 GB free.

Difficult for multiple locations
Ok for single location but is difficult to use with more than one. I have the system for 2 houses but when in one cannot move easily to other house. Should be set up for a single sign in to one’s account and then select location. Dah!!!

Well, not what I expected
It came with the house we built. The beeping got on our nerves. We hired them for security. Sensors are falling off, no response on failures. Not a company I can recommend.

Best App for Security
We use this for both of our church buildings and it allows us to keep track remotely of any movement happening as well as others logging into the app. Great for safety and accountability. Every facility director should have this.
