Not intuitive, never worked
I've never been able to set or turn off the alarm through this app. I've been trying for over 3 years.
So Inconsistent It’s Frustrating
This app is easy to use, however it is so inconsistent that there’s times it’s not even worth using. It works flawlessly for a couple of days and then it won’t connect to panel for several days. Major bugs with this app.

The app for mobile phones works great! The browser login works awesome as well. A lot of control options from both sides. I run multiple stores using this software.
Works Great would like to add one setting
Good app but would like to be able to set the alarm with the instant mode from the app. That mode has no entry delay. Wish they would add that.

App only has Very basic on / off functionality.

Reviewing phone customer service
My alarm panel was beeping in the middle of the night( of course). I called the 7779 number in the morning, and it wouldn't accept my prompts. I called another number and spoke to Sam, who sounded like he was eating or chewing gum loudly, and he said he was new and to please bear with him. Eventually, the call was disconnected. I called back and spoke to Caleb, nice fellow, but he tried to sell me a new system. No thank you, can I speak with tech support please? I was transferred to Brittany, and she explained there was a problem with the towers that they were trying to correct, and helped me reset my panel.
All I can do is sigh and shake my head, because I had to jump through several hoops to get my problem solved.

Buggy never works consistently
I have to make several attempts before it works in each session. Scary for a security app to be so buggy. Eg. Arm Away and it times out. So u have to refresh and keep trying.
Functions at a bare minimum
I can perform basic functions, but the fact that it takes 5-10 seconds just to log in or SAVE my input to the thermostat is embarrassing. It should take under a second like most IoT devices.
Unreliable
It’s difficult to turn alarm on and off thru the phone app.
Either it just says not connected or it says it’s on when it’s still off

Camera takes forever to kick in
I like the app overall. However when I get a notification and click to view the camera, it can take up to a minute or more. There’s a similar delay with being able to speak to someone who rang the doorbell.
