Great service! App needs work

It’s come a long way from what it used to, searching through events is pretty rough. It’s hard to catch good events in my town unless you’re checking the app every hour, and most of the events are permanent slop that I have to sledge through. Please add a filter to remove specific events from the feed, also notifications need some work to more consistently notify users of notable events, especially if they aren’t lottery events.

I am extremely grateful for this service! I would simply like a more user friendly app experience.

Thank you Photos and Account Suspended

Be careful with the Thank you and photo requirement of VetTix. VetTix used to send one an email with instructions and then changed their policy and I was unaware of the new policy to thank the organization that donated the tickets. I did not receive a notification after the event and it wasn’t until after I was suspended for 90 days that I even knew VetTix had an App. So, be careful because there is no appeal process which any normal person would want. By the way, I love VetTix and thank them so much for there efforts, they need to work on Customer Service.

Insufferable Changes

The recent changes to Vet Tix have made the experience far more frustrating than it used to be. It feels like the entire veteran community is being subjected to stressful restrictions because of the actions of a small number of people.

For a program that is supposed to improve veterans’ quality of life and provide relief from the stress many of us carry, these changes seem to do the opposite. Many veterans live with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges, and adding unnecessary hurdles undermines the purpose of the program.

Some of the new requirements also draw unwanted attention to veterans in public. Many of us prefer to enjoy events discreetly rather than have our veteran status highlighted. Having to meet additional requirements that make us stand out can be uncomfortable and, for some, emotionally taxing.

I understand the need to prevent abuse, but there has to be a better way than creating burdens for everyone or compromising the privacy many veterans value. I hope Vet Tix will reconsider these policies and find solutions that hold individuals accountable without negatively impacting the veterans who rely on and appreciate this resource.

App

The app is good, there are a few bugs that can be fixed. When I travel state to state, sometimes I’m about to change the setting to a different state, and sometimes not. There are times where I have to put in my password and verify every time I use the app. But overall the app is good

Great for single or 2 ticket persons, not for family

They RAIRLY give tickets out to families of 4 for major events like MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, etc. if you have a party of 1 or 2 you will have a greater success of getting tickets to events you desire. They are “free” tickets minus transfer fees and any other fees they want to tack on but if you can snag some then good for you.
