Deltares Aquality vs FieldForm

Aquality is a reliable tool that aims to improve water quality by measuring, tracking and analysing nutrient levels in water and soil. A simple and easy-to-use app for farmers, researchers and others who actively participate in research on the impact of agricultural practices on water quality. By taking measurements you can make better informed decisions, detect hot spots of nutrient losses and optimise agricultural practices. The app enables salinity monitoring which helps to assess water suitability for irrigation. In addition, measuring mineral-N (Nmin) contents in soils helps to decide on fertiliser timing and amounts. What can you do with the app? - Measure and register Nitrate, Salinity, Phosphate and Ammonium values in water - Measure, calculate and register Nmin in soil - Easily take Nitrate and Salinity measurements with the in-app camera scan - Add and update measurement results manually - Share and view measurements in a group - Share measurements with an organisation - View your historical measurement data - View different measurements on a map - Order your measurement equipment via the app About Deltares: Deltares is an independent institute for applied water research, working on innovative solutions in the field of water and subsurface. Deltares developed the Aquality app to empower farmers and advisors working together to improve water quality. The results generated with the app are indicative results to support better decision making around improving water quality for all.

Use FieldForm to conduct location-bound measurements in the field, store the values on your phone, and share the measurements with other people. To use FieldForm for a set of locations with multiple people simultaneously, the use of an FTP-server is recommended. FieldForm is the successor to FieldLogger. It is build platform-independent in Flutter. The new structure makes it easier to add functionality or fix bugs. FieldForm is now completely open source. For more information, see the Github-page. For FieldLogger-users: there are some important changes between the files used or generated by FieldLogger and FieldForm. The file with location-data is a json file (instead of a csv in FieldLogger), to better incorporate the nested structure of the location-data. The measurement-data still consists of csv-files. The date-format however is changed to yyyy-mm-dd (instead of dd-mm-yyyy in FieldLogger), to minimise potential errors.
