3D vs 3D Scan Pro

The 3D-Scan App allows you to capture 360° images of rooms and spaces. To do this, the app connects via Wi-Fi to the designated hardware (Ricoh Theta, Insta360). Once uploaded to the immersight cloud, the 360° photos can be easily measured in 3D to directly generate a 3D model featuring walls, doors, windows and much more. Exporting as an IFC (BIM) file from the cloud enables the creation of digital 3D twins of rooms, e.g. for quantity surveying, site documentation, 3D walkthroughs or as a virtual showroom.

This app requires an iPhone with LiDAR sensors (iPhone 12 Pro or a newer Pro model). A captivating 3D scanner app to convert everyday items into actual 3D models.
