Both are free to download. yDrives sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Appion Central asks for nothing beyond the download.
yDrives holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of yDrives's written reviews are positive against 29% of Appion Central's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
