Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Portals at none against Libretto's 4. Portals also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Libretto's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 34 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
