Charactorium

History isn't a list of dates. It's a crowd of faces, voices and deeds, and most of them fade away. Charactorium is a game of memory and discovery. A historical figure stands before you and speaks in their own voice. Answer well, and you revive them: they join your Pantheon, grow brighter, and their story opens to you. ▸ OVER 3,600 FIGURES Names everyone knows, and hundreds of others unfairly forgotten. Scientists, artists, rulers, explorers, rebels, from antiquity to the present day, across every continent. ▸ SEVEN WAYS TO PLAY Encounters, where the figure speaks to you in the first person. The Correspondences, matching the fragments that belong together. The Lost Name, where a name fades letter by letter. The Memory Machine, one free spin every day. Timeline, Bingo, The Veiled Memory and duels against other players. ▸ THREE PLACES TO EXPLORE The Sky of Memory: every figure is a star, and the sky rights itself as you play. The Museum of Memory: walk the halls of your own history. The Pantheon: your collection: those you saved from oblivion. ▸ PROGRESSION THAT MEANS SOMETHING Forty tiers, from Novices to the Choir. Relics to equip, aids of memory to spend at the right moment, and mastery that climbs figure by figure, bronze, silver, gold. ▸ PLAY RIGHT AWAY No account needed to start. Create one whenever you want your progress to follow you to another device. Available in English, French, Vietnamese and Thai.
