Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Acuity at 5.0 against E85 Content's 3.4. Acuity also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months). E85 Content's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
