Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Penn Clubs at 5.0 against Interstride's 4.4. Penn Clubs also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.1 vs 16.0). Interstride's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (39 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
