Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: My Little Tasks at none against QuickAge's shown. My Little Tasks also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). QuickAge's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 14 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
