Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Lewis Rec at none against IMLeagues's shown. Lewis Rec also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). IMLeagues's advantage is ratings volume (9.9K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
