CStoreNexus

CStoreNexus is the back office for convenience stores and fuel stations — and this is the part of it that fits in your pocket. Your registers already write down everything that happens in the store. CStoreNexus reads those files, turns them into a day you can actually check, and puts it on your phone while you are still standing on the floor. WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE PHONE - Today's business, live. Total sales, fuel dollars and gallons, inside sales, lottery and transaction count, updated through the day from the register's own journal — with every hour charted and the busiest one called out for you. - Read and accept shift reports. The register's own close, laid out in full: departments, item lines, fuel by grade, lottery split into instant and online, voids, refunds, no-sales and scan rate. Nothing counts in a report until the day has been accepted, and accepting it is one tap. - Photograph an invoice. Take a picture of the paper and it is read for you — vendor, invoice number, every line, case cost, unit cost, and the margin against your own retail. Lines that cannot be identified with confidence are held for a person instead of guessed at. - Price-check any barcode. Scan an item and see its description, retail, cost and margin from your own price book. Scan something the book has never seen and you can queue it to be added. - Close-to-date labels and barcode sheets. Pick the items, get a print-ready PDF. - Switch stations. Everything is scoped to the station you are standing in, and you only ever see the ones you have been given. BUILT FOR THE REGISTERS YOU ALREADY HAVE Gilbarco Passport and Verifone Commander. A small collector runs on the store's office PC and sends the registers' own files up to your account. Nothing to type in by hand, nothing to export. ROLES, ENFORCED ON THE SERVER Owner, Admin, Supervisor, Manager and Employee. Accepting a day, accepting an invoice and sending a price to a register are held to the top three roles — and that is enforced by the database rules, not just hidden in the app. Managers can upload paperwork and answer questions about it. Employees can look. ACCOUNT REQUIRED There is no signup in this app, by design. Access is created for you by your company's Owner or Admin in the CStoreNexus web app, and your role and your stations follow you here automatically. CStoreNexus is a paid subscription held by the business and billed outside the app. Face ID or a fingerprint unlocks a session you are already signed into. It never replaces your first sign-in, and no password is stored on the phone. Privacy policy: https://cstorenexus.com/privacy Support: https://cstorenexus.com/support
