Restaurant managers all over the world use Avero’s Logbook to communicate with their teams about important events that occurred in their operation throughout the day. Good communication is critical in restaurant environments since one shift picks up where the last shift left off. The Logbook makes sure that every team can start with a complete picture of what’s going on in the restaurant. A custom set of fields (e.g. Maintenance Issues, VIPs, Service Notes, 86’ed Items, Employee Issues, etc.) let managers contribute the qualitative story of notable events and issues during the previous shift. This app replaces expensive physical notebooks found in the back office of restaurants. Whereas notebooks are static, susceptible to loss and damage, and aren’t integrated with sales and labor performance data, Avero’s Logbook pulls data directly from the POS and time clock systems to provide quantitative performance insights. Plus, local weather information and national holidays are included to help set expectations for upcoming shifts. Add national sporting events and local happenings with a few clicks, and include your promotions, live music, and happy hour specials too. With all this data in one place, Avero's Logbook paints a complete picture of performance. This is vital information to successfully planning the next shift, week, month, or same day next year. The beta version of Right Now reporting is here! We are testing these NEW features - available to all users that have Right-Now data. Now, Avero users can conveniently find Logbook & Reporting functionality in one location.

BlueTurtleLive is the quiet partner for independent wine & spirits shops — it turns your own sales and inventory into a plain-English plan for the day, right on your phone. BlueTurtleLive is a staff tool for licensed retail businesses. It does not sell alcohol — there is no storefront, no cart, and no way to order or buy anything through the app. Signing in with an account issued by the store is required, so it isn't usable by the general public. Everything you see is the shop's own stock and its own numbers. Connected to your store's BlueTurtleLive account, the app reads your real numbers and tells you what actually needs doing: • Daily brief — the dollars at risk, what to reorder, and what to clear, ranked with the reason attached. • Stockout alerts — your best-sellers flagged before they run out. • Revenue-first reordering — a buy list sized to how fast each bottle really sells, inside your budget. • Scan a bottle — point your camera at a barcode or label to pull it up on the spot. • Store Checkup — a full, plain-language read on the business: what's growing, what needs a decision, and the exact next step. • Forecasting & seasonality — a real demand forecast per bottle, so you order ahead of the rush instead of chasing it. • Free up frozen cash — see the dead and overstocked SKUs quietly tying up money, and what to move. • Multi-store owners — open the Portfolio Console to see every store you own side by side. Built for the shop floor: sign in once, glance at what matters, act. Every recommendation is a suggestion — you always decide. BlueTurtleLive is made for retailers who use the BlueTurtleLive service, so you'll need a store account to sign in. New to BlueTurtleLive? Visit blueturtle.live. Know your stock. Grow your business.
